Reporting to the Director, the duties will include:
* People and culture development
* Build strong relationships across all operating divisions
* Maintain staff training and procedures, ensuring upskilling and development of staff
* Manage onboarding and offboarding process
* Maintain policies and procedures
* Coordinating recruitment activities and build relationships with external providers
* Lead the annual performance review process and assist the Managers throughout the process
* Succession planning for key roles and career progression plans for staff
* Organise social or team activities to build team morale.
* Maintain employee records using the HRIS – ELMO
* Organise leadership training for Managers
* Manage workers compensation claims and return to work programs
* Research, establish and maintain Remuneration Guidelines and Salary Reference Tools that will ensure the Company remains competitive within the market
* Manage all facets of employee relations, including management of grievances and other disputes
To be successful in this role you will have well established generalist skills within HR, enjoy working for a fast paced and dynamic company that is success oriented whilst being very people focused. This opportunity can offer flexible working hours however it is an office based role.
