We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse to join our team at an Aged Care facility in Hervey Bay on a permanent, full-time basis. Salary: $108 - $120 per annum super salary packaging Position: Full-Time Accommodation Support: Potentially available for up to 4 weeks, to be discussed further during the interview. Your Role As a Clinical Nurse committed to delivering person-centred care, you’ll work closely with the Clinical Care Manager to set and maintain high clinical standards, guiding and supporting clinical and direct care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge through effective leadership. We’re looking for a candidate with advanced nursing expertise who can bring a range of specialised skills and a strong commitment to: Wound management Continence management Medication management Completing AN-ACC documentation and comprehensive assessments Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team Providing guidance and delegating responsibilities to Registered Nurses and unregistered nursing staff Your Responsibilities In this role, you will: Coordinate and provide comprehensive care, including assessments, preventive measures, early detection, referrals, and health promotion activities Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of care provided, conducting care plan reviews and assessments in collaboration with clients and the multidisciplinary team Offer support and direction to Registered Nurses and Care Assistants Your Attributes We’re looking for someone dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our residents.
