Technical Expertise in Building Maintenance and Social Housing
Key Responsibilities:
* Determine and assess maintenance requirements for department-owned properties, ensuring maintenance works meet the department's frameworks, policies, and processes.
* Support vacant property inspections and inspect community housing properties as required by the Housing Call Centre in consultation with community agencies.
* Provide expert advice and recommendations for disability modification requests and major building rectification or asset protection activities.
