1. Perform Structural and cosmetic repairs on Tesla Model S, Model X, and Model 3 vehicles in accordance with Tesla-specific Repair procedures
2. Use Celette Frame Jigs for setting New Structural Components
3. Glue, Rivet, and Weld structural components being replaced
4. Repair exterior cosmetic panels via Metal Finishing and body filler
5. Replace all parts associated with collision repair including body panels, suspension parts, vehicle structure, Radiators, Airbags and Trim
6. Proficient in MIG Welding
7. Follow Standards and work in Teams
8. 3+ years' experience as an automotive collision repair Technician
9. Excellent attitude and enjoys working with others in teams
10. Neat and organized work habits
11. I-CAR Australia Welding certification is a plus
12. Knowledge and experience with aluminum repairs and procedures
13. Proficient in MIG welding
14. Experience with heavy damage/structural repairs on prestige vehicles
15. Certificate in Collision/ Body Repair and maintenance is a plus
16. Valid Driver's License and a good driving record
17. Capable of reading and comprehending automotive repair procedure
18. Strong knowledge of PPE and safe practices
19. Strong written and verbal English skills
20. Self starter with a team player attitude
21. Hands on problem solving skills and analytical thinking

This position requires a minimum 38 hours per week. $40 - $55 per hour based on experience + Tesla equity.
