As a Cloud Enterprise Architect, you will:
5. Responsible for establishing strong, lasting and collaborative relationships with our customers, working with our local/global teams to implement the right enterprise solution for our customers enabling their successful adoption of our products and services.
6. Inspire the client to see the journey ahead of them and while they may only look to implement a part of the winning solution, you will help the team establish a pathway to expand on a client’s Oracle footprint.
7. Bring in strong domain knowledge in one of more of the Oracle Fusion Enterprise Suite (HCM, ERP, SCM, CXM). A critical part of the role will involve leading the entire Oracle solution aspect of delivery of the implementations to ensure the customer’s business needs are addressed and benefits are realised.
8. Bring high levels of energy and creativity to come up with the best outcomes for clients and communicate these ideas to the team.
9. Present and inspire the client to see the vision you are putting forward.
10. Able to operate independently to provide quality work products, perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgement in order to deliver Customer advocacy.
11. Develop and elevate Oracle Consulting enterprise architectural capabilities by championing a center of excellence, and creating pathways for internal skill development

12. An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding and experience of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Suite (more than one is favorable)
13. Understand standard methodologies and processes across business domains
14. Understand how technology can drive ground-breaking change
15. Able to influence CXO executives
16. Experience in implementing Oracle solutions
17. Understand IaaS, PaaS and SaaS to be able to design and architect robust and fit-for-purpose solutions
18. Drive customer advocacy through relationship building and expectation management
19. A true standout colleague internally and externally
20. Ability to lead solution design through process driven outcomes
21. Leading teams of architects to deliver solution outcomes
22. 10+ years working in key roles driving business transformation projects as an Enterprise Architect
23. Superb communication skills in English (Written and Spoken)
24. Solid understanding of SaaS, Technology across Platform & Infrastructure, On-premise, Hybrid & Cloud
25. Platform: integration, process, APIs, security, analytics, user experience, content, database
26. Domain expertise in a particular industry (eg. Financial services) and/or qualifications related to that industry domain
27. Infrastructure: public, private & hybrid cloud deployments with experience of moving On-premise workloads to Cloud required; networking, storage, compute
28. Strong demonstrable knowledge and experience in TOGAF or similar
29. Able to communicate & discuss solutions with customers around
30. Evolving & new technologies, across the Oracle Technology stack
31. IaaS, PaaS and SaaS technology expertise
32. Ability to travel as needed
33. 15+ years in working on cloud implementations (preferably with Oracle Fusion)
34. Business Process / Transformation consulting experience
35. Oracle product implementation experience across ERP/M, HCM & CX/M on SaaS
