About the role
Reporting to the Head of Own Brand-Health & Home, you will lead the development and delivery of world-class innovative Own Brand products to enhance our customer offering.
This is a Product Development Leadership role that oversees total Health & Home.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading a team of product developers
2. Assisting the Head of Own Brand in developing and evolving a customer-centric strategy for the Health & Home OB portfolio in collaboration with category and CoE teams
3. Making sure strong plans are in place to deliver the OB strategy
You'll also:
* Lead the team through category planning to ensure cross-functional alignment behind the strategy
* Prioritise the development pipeline with dynamic resource alignment and clearly articulate choices to the team
* Deliver Own Brand product plans with consistent quality, range, efficacy, and price including cost of goods
* Manage existing ranges with respect to quality and benchmarking
* Deliver against the New Product Development process from ideation to commercialisation
* Incorporate new strategic initiatives into the development plan
* Establish Health and Sustainability initiatives in line with central and business unit strategies
