The Facilities Manager will coordinate the Workplace Solutions team, ensuring the workplace enables employees to excel and prioritizing employee experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide facilities support and guidance to the Workplace Solutions team
* Support space planning and internal moves
* Develop and implement plans to enhance employee experience
* Drive environmental and sustainability initiatives
* Maintain compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular inspections
* Ensure relevant approvals for Workplace Solutions related works and services
* Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures

* Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Facility Management within a corporate environment
