Regular team-building events, including annual awards nights The Role This Monday-to-Friday position allows the successful candidate to focus on managing relationships and portfolios effectively, with dedicated support from a Leasing Consultant and Assistant. Key Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of 250 properties with the support of a Leasing Consultant. Conducting outgoing inspections and overseeing arrears management. Coordinating repairs and maintenance requests. Working alongside a dedicated Assistant for administrative support. Focusing solely on portfolio management – no leasing, ingoings, routines, or accounts are required. The Candidate: Previous Property Management experience. A current Certificate of Registration (COR) and Driver’s License. Excellent communication and organizational skills. The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
