Ekium partners with many top-tier companies and offer a variety of services across leading industrial, mining, defence, infrastructure and consumer equipment manufacturers and suppliers.We are seeking a committed sales professional with a proven and successful track record, someone that is results driven. There are four core offerings that Ekium specialise in, engineering, product design, design drafting and Industry 4.0 and you will be responsible for selling these services and building relationships with existing and new customers. We believe with the right introduction to our company, your interest in engineering and design, plus your passion for sales and growth, your previous skills will transfer to understand and sell our services.Your primary objectives are to achieve and exceed Ekium's sales and growth targets by using your previously successful selling skills. Understanding the sales cycle, objection handling, negotiation, relationship building, sales strategy and closing deals to drive maximum revenue growth is imperative for this role.With the company's CRM system you will track your sales activity, with quotes and won jobs tracked in Synergy. Your role will be spending time generating leads and pipeline activity and meeting with clients. Once you have met with clients you will pass on the general scope for the internal sales and operational team to quote and support you with the administrative load, allowing more time to chase the next opportunity and spend more of your time with clients.Experience in a technical sales role would be seen as an advantage, however excellent communication, interpersonal skills and time management is a must, as well as self-motivation and drive to achieve results, with a real passion for all aspects of sales.If the idea of an environment that is inclusive, relaxed and productive, with the feels of a family like environment appeal to you, then you will be a great fit.
