With a selection of restaurants, as well as the Wests Food Court offering traditional Club food offerings and modern options including The Grill and New Beijing to cater for all. Our busy food court now has an opportunity for a casual Chef to join the team.Responsible for the preparation, cooking and presentation of all food items across our food outlets and restaurants. Duties will include:Ensure prep sheets are completedPreparation of high quality food during serviceAssist other sections when requiredCleaning of work areasAssist with the set-up and close down of serviceEnsure food is stored to hygiene standardsEnsure appropriate disposal of wastePrevious experience working with Asian cuisine is highly advantageousThis position will require availability for split shifts for breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
