About the role
An opportunity exists for a Personal Care Worker dedicated to providing the best care to our residents at Barcoo Aged Care Service in Blackall.
You will be part of a small dedicated team focused on consumer-centered care, ensuring our residents feel safe and cared for while enjoying various activities and social interactions.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have a compassionate nature and enjoy caring for seniors.
Building relationships with residents is essential to provide the best possible care.
You are a positive individual who works well with others and supports your fellow team members.
Your experience and qualifications should ideally include:
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Qualified Applicants); Completion of HLTHPS006 - Assist clients with medication; Demonstrated solid experience in Aged Care; Willingness to work a variety of shifts across a 7-day week; Current National Police Certificate or the ability to obtain.

Our Benefits
As a not-for-profit entity, our employees can package up to $18,549 p.a.
of their taxable income before tax is calculated.
This includes up to $15,900 p.a.
on everyday expenses (such as mortgage payments, rent, groceries, bills, and insurance) plus up to $2,649 p.a.
on meal/entertainment benefits.
The salary range for this position is currently $31.34 to $32.40 per hour, based on experience.
