About you:
* 2 years' experience managing a high-volume fashion retail store
* A keen eye for styling and detail to maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards
* Proven ability to create monthly rosters aligned with store budget goals
* Skilled in analysing and organising stock to optimise sales on the shop floor
* Strong interpersonal skills for effective leadership and team management
* Highly motivated and self-driven
