Your new role is located in Southern Tasmania and reporting to the Manager of Employment and Policy, you will support the wider team as an experienced HR Generalist. Your responsibilities include:Handling day-to-day HR dutiesAssisting in project coordinationReviewing statements of dutiesAssisting in developing HR PoliciesManaging recruitment processesPreparing formal correspondence including briefing notes and offer lettersYou will also ensure compliance with employment laws and participate in employee relations activities at an Advisor level with support from the Manager of Employment and Policy.What you'll need to succeed: Candidates will have experience as an HR Generalist with the desire to learn and develop new skills.
