On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, I am looking for an EL1 Business Improvement Anlyst. This role will work as part of the Enabling Services Transformation and Improvement Branch Team. This team improves the delivery of enabling services within the Agency. The branch focuses on the systems and processes of enabling services to deliver a better staff experience to wider-Agency. Prioritising continuous improvement, efficiency, and service quality in Agency Enabling Services. This is a -month assignment based in Deakin.
The EL1 Business Improvement Analyst is an important team leadership position and will have delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across wide-ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail. The role requires providing leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management and decision making for the team membership and assigned contractors.
Responsibilities will include:
6. Assisting in leading multiple business improvement engagements that transition business experiences to their desired future states.
7. Ensuring that project quality management meets required standard, deliverables are fit for purpose and meet client needs.
8. Driving operating model maturity, process uplift and transformation in end-to-end business outcomes.
9. Applying improvement frameworks to drive improved business outcomes.
10. Applying change management support to embed business area transformation and improvements.
11. Drafting a range of written material including business cases, plans, briefs, performance and status reporting and corporate documentation for review.
12. Tailoring and developing initiatives that directly enhance the operational efficiency of their respective business areas.
13. Leading the development of strategic communications and engagement plans and both writing and/or presenting content, including executive briefs, talking point, presentations, and staff notices.
