In the role of Project Management Support Officer, you will provide high level administrative support to the operational team staff.
You will co-ordinate, maintain and manage project records within the Operational Unit and coordinate and organise the delivery of essential administration services and information to both internal and external clients.
Accountabilities include: • Provide accurate, timely and confidential support to management and project teams.
Including preparation and distribution of project and other documentation, project document control, and maintain the project records management system.
• Ensure the efficient management of all project correspondence so that all issues are prioritised and directed to the appropriate officer for action.
• In liaison with project managers, monitor project expenses and invoices as required, including administration of purchasing practices such as corporate card transactions, travel and cab charge costs.
• Assist in the completion of monthly reports in consultation with the project managers and participate in operational plan activities and project work as required.
Mandatory requirements: • Valid Queensland "C" class driver's licence or equivalent.
• You may be required to travel to other locations to undertake activities for varying periods of time.
You will be entitled to expenses and allowances for such travel.
• Criminal history screening will be conducted on the recommended person for this role.
