Intro Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of one of Queensland's most respected property companies with a substantial portfolio spreading over Queensland's greater south. We are looking to appoint an Accounts Officer, reporting to the Financial Controller. This role is based out of their office in Capalaba, however, moving to a new office in Morningside next year. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming invoices from multiple sources related to the Commercial Division as well as External Real Estate Agents Liaise with Suppliers and Subcontractors and External Real Estate Agents regarding account queries and seek a resolution Complete supplier credit account applications and establish database for the Commercial Division Ensure all period end processes are within correct accounting periods Preparation and processing of daily, weekly, monthly creditor pay runs both EFT and cheques Reconcile creditor balances with creditor statements Manage the companies Fleet of Vehicles, including maintaining records of Vehicle allocation, reconciling Fuel and Etoll payments, lodging Insurance Claims, and managing Vehicle Fines Provide support to the Payroll Officer as required, including processing fortnightly payroll, as well as having an understanding of the processes for all Statutory obligations Assist with general finance and administrative duties Other duties as directed.
