We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP EWM processes, configuration, and implementation, and will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize warehouse operations and drive system enhancements.
It will require you to work on client sites, supporting them throughout the whole project life cycle from Design to Go Live.
Key Responsibilities Business Process Analysis Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and analyse current processes to identify areas for improvement.
Document business requirements, functional specifications, and system design.
EWM Configuration and Implementation Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP EWM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Perform gap analysis and recommend enhancements to improve warehouse processes.
Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the system meets functional specifications.
User Training and Support Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of SAP EWM functionalities.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Integration and Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, supply chain, and Procurement, to ensure seamless integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules and external systems.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning and status reporting.
Continuous Improvement Stay updated on SAP EWM best practices and new functionalities, recommending upgrades and improvements as necessary.
Qualifications Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SAP EWM Functional Lead Consultant or similar role.
Proven experience in SAP EWM implementations, upgrades, and support.
Technical Skills Strong knowledge of SAP EWM processes, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and warehouse processes.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and other related SAP modules (e.g., EAM, MM, SD) is a plus.
Proficiency in configuration and troubleshooting within the SAP EWM environment.
Soft Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
A strong belief in our values Preferred Qualifications SAP certification in EWM or related areas.
Experience with SAP EWM integration with automated warehouse systems (MFS) is a plus.
