As the General Manager of ACT office, you will oversee and direct the teams responsible for delivering banking services to our Australianernment agency customers.. As part of the Department's leadership team, you will lead and develop individuals and teams to achieve goals and deliver RBA oues.
Your key responsibilities will include:
4. Oversee the day-to-day Canberra Branch operations.
5. Manage contractual and customer relationships withernment banking customers and contribute to tender responses.
6. Provide advice and deliver reliable cost-effective services related to customers in line with the Department's business objectives.
7. Manage internal and external relationships and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
8. Provide support to the Banks executives as required.
9. Guide and assist Banking customers to ensure they meet the industry andernment payments transformation strategy.
10. Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of policies, systems and processes, ensuringpliance as well as appropriate levels of quality assurance and control.
11. Create an RBA-values aligned culture, enabling an environment for high levels of employee engagement and achievement.
Your background:
12. Experience dealing with otherernment Agencies, organisations, or Reserve Bank departments.
13. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is essential.
14. Knowledge and experience with customer service principles, quality output and cost efficiency drivers.
15. Understanding of Service Level Agreements, data insights and oues.
16. Experience leading, developing and motivating a work area or project of employees who exercise independence in their work, as well as implementing strategy.
Your team
You will lead a team of around 14, reporting to the Senior Manager, Service Delivery, Banking Department in Business Services Group.
As a part of the Senior Leadership team, you will contribute to the broader strategic direction and leadership of Banking Department, sharing accountability with other leaders for overall performance of deliverables and oues to meet the current and future needs of the Bank.
