A rare and exciting career opportunity exists for a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to join the Lord Mayor’s Office (LMO) at the City of Newcastle (CN).
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in managing the Lord Mayor’s schedule, correspondence, and engagements, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office. Your work will directly contribute to the alignment of LMO activities with the strategic objectives of CN.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will be a key point of contact between the LMO and CN executives, staff, and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, exceptional communication, and a strong ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
