We're looking for a skilled Account Manager to work with thousands of our external Reseller Partners and collaborate closely with other functions of Operations. The RO team operates in a dynamic environment, engaging Reseller Partners in Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR) for our multi-billion dollar Channel business, including Telco, Reseller, and Distributor routes-to-market.
Description
As an Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Analyzing demand and purchase order data with customers to drive POS in stock and maximize revenue/sell-through.
* Developing supply and demand forecasts for selected products and reviewing supply/sell-in forecast to ensure sufficient orders and credits.
* Reviewing weekly allocation plans and ensuring supply visibility is communicated to partners in a timely manner.
* Remaining knowledgeable of Resellers' performance requirements, product lines, and service offerings.
* Serving as the single point of contact for operational issues and solutions to accounts.
You will also:
* Work with functional authorities to understand account business problems and processes and develop solutions.
* Identify and drive account process improvement opportunities.
* Communicate actively with internal customers/partners on Apple order status and products.
* Strengthen business relationships with customers, end-users, external partners, sales, and internal partners.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A BA/BS degree in Business or a related field, with an MBA/Masters or equivalent degree preferred.
* Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Ability to influence across multiple functional teams.
* Flexibility to adapt to fast-moving and rapidly changing environments.
* Capacity to deliver quality work to tight deadlines.
* Strong work ethics, perseverance, and flexibility.
