About The RoleAs the School Readiness Speech Pathologist (Grade 2), you will work collaboratively with kindergartens, educators, and families to enhance children's speech, language, social interaction, and early literacy skills. Your role will focus on building the capability of educators and families through coaching, modelling, group training, and case consultations, ensuring children are supported in developing self-regulation, pro-social behaviours, and overall wellbeing.
You will work closely with the Department of Education and Training and kindergartens across the Barwon area, delivering both in-person and remote support to help create inclusive, engaging learning environments.
