We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Consultant to join our friendly sales team based in Adelaide. You will be working in your own territory, selling a range of Hygiene services. You will look to build on solid existing client relationships whilst also using your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win new sales and clients in your area. To help achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, a highly rewarding uncapped commission structure, a company vehicle, a mobile phone, a tablet, and further career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands-on assistance from the Business Manager and the Sales Team. In this role you will be responsible for these key areas: Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling/visits Servicing our existing client base and analysing their needs to increase sales Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets Building strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline Identifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful sales You will have skills and experience including: Previous sales experience Ability to cold-call & plan for sales territory Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously A passion for hunting new business and being recognised and rewarded Good time management skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Full Australian Drivers Licence It would be highly advantageous if you also have: Experience within Business to Business & direct sales Excellent sales, solutions & negotiation skills Strive to reach & exceed sales Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels Commercially focused About Us Rentokil Pest, a division of the global company Rentokil Initial, has been offering the complete range of Pest solutions to Australian businesses for over 40 years.
