About the roles
SHAPE has been in the Geelong market for many years, and we are thrilled to be expanding our footprint with local team on the ground. We are seeking Expressions of Interest from those keen on joining us on this journey, forming an awesome team. Roles include:
* Site Foreman
* Site Manager
About you
* Site management experience as the Principal Contractor within commercial fitouts and refurbishment
* Demonstrated leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to build successful teams and maintain strong relationships
* Trade and/or safety qualifications
* Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to problem solve
* Knowledge of Procore and MS Project would be handy but not essential
* knowledge and connection to the local market in Geelong
