The Role Our client is seeking a Finance & Customer Operations Analyst to join their close-knit team to support the overall financial management of the business, as well as the customer operations. You will be responsible for daily processing of financial transactions, providing support to the Sales & Service teams, assisting with marketing activities and supporting the Financial and Accounting Lead. Key Responsibilities: Finance Management Manage accounts payables and expense claims Manage accounts receivable including timely collections Credit control and risk analysis Manage fixed assets include additions, disposals and depreciation Prepare and analyse monthly financial reporting and propose corrective actions Support monthly, quarterly and yearly close Participate as finance partner in projects Assist with local treasury activities Assist with tax reporting Customer Operations Maintain and update customer & vendor master data Process sales and service orders & generate customer invoices Warehouse & material management and inventory control Arranging freight for stock import/export Maintain customer pricing in SAP Atten to customer queries as required Coordinate service requests Support marketing activities through organising trade shows, fairs & exhibitions and through ordering promotional items as required.
