About the role We are seeking a Senior Business & Data Analyst to uplift organisational data capabilities, delivering in-depth data analysis and developing fit-for-purpose reporting products that provide insights into business performance, key risks and trends. The primary objectives of the role will be to: Engage with internal and external stakeholders on current and emerging data requests Establish and maintain transparent, reliable and timely data using business intelligence processes and tools Develop impactful and easily understood reports/dashboards using data visualisation techniques Contribute to projects related to system implementations, customisations and upgrades Skills and experience Experience in data visualisation and dashboard reporting, including competency using tools such as Excel, SQL and Power BI Strong analytical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills Ability to identify systems and processes requiring improvement Ability to interpret complex data and relay this to diverse audiences Ability to work collaboratively and liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
