Your normal day will involve:
* Leading a team of technicians to optimise productivity and profitability.
* Coordinating job allocation and scheduling to enhance workflow.

* Conducting final inspections and quality control for service and repairs.
* Training and mentoring apprentices and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
This role is for a Workshop Controller based in a busy, multi-franchised dealership environment. You’d be leading a team of skilled technicians, ensuring the workshop operates efficiently, and maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Your role is pivotal in coordinating day-to-day operations—managing workflow, allocating jobs based on expertise, and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and on schedule.
You’ll also be overseeing quality checks, managing parts availability, and communicating directly with customers to keep them informed.
