Why not join the team that brings a smile every day to millions of people!Due to growth they have an opportunity for a National Account Manager (they call it a National Business Manager) role in the Foodservice channel to manage, maintain and further grow this important business unit. Based in Brisbane and reporting to the General Manager Sales & Customer Service you will be responsible for sales revenue and profit across categories of National customers, including Distributors, QSR, P&C, and other National accounts as assigned. Also responsible for the development and execution of joint business plans, trade marketing plans, range reviews, tenders, category planning, contracts, and trading term agreements across your nominated accounts. You will deliver best in class strategies, execution, and customer relationship management.Your key responsibilities include:* Essential experience for the role – National Foodservice and Distributor account management.* Responsible party for major National customers as assigned.* Cultivate strong business relationships across multiple levels with all major accounts.* Ensure business review timelines are met with reviews being conducted with all customers.* Pursue new business opportunities with National business including Foodservice, QSR and P&C.* Plan, develop and implement trade marketing plans, promotional programs and optimise trade expenditure.* Build the reputation of Sunny Queen Australia and its brands by developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.* Maintain and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.* Together with Sunny Queen Group supply chain, production and logistics teams build and execute plans to hold DIFOT above customer expectations. * Ensure sales volumes, revenue budgets and targets are achieved.* Develop sales budgets and contribute to the annual operating plan for the Sunny Queen Group.* Be proactive in developing profitable business and improving company profitability.* Utilise insights and analyse data to identify and maximise existing business and drive new opportunities.* Conduct competitor analysis, understand market forces and make strategic recommendations.* Develop and recommend programs, initiatives, new concepts and new ideas.* Work closely with the General Manager Sales & Customer Service on strategies, planning and development of profitable business growth, including special projects as required.Critical to your success will be your skills around negotiation, presentation, and analysis. You have created & implemented range reviews, joint business plans and promotional programs at a national level with the above or very relevant channels. Other essential experience is: * Managing multiple business units/accounts.* Planning & Logistical experience / Forecasting & Demand Planning knowledge* Strong Interpersonal & Negotiation skills / Clear Written & Verbal communication* Ability to influence Field Sales and Customer Service teams to execute strategies.* Proven track record in strategic national account management including National QSR & Foodservice customers and National Foodservice groups.* Concise Presentation skills, including working knowledge of Scan Data and MS office.* Bachelor of Business (or similar)* Experience in completing and executing supply contracts with National Foodservice customers.* Proven ability to be accountable for outcomes, including back-to-back revenue and profit growth.Strong computer skills and proficient use of IT business systems (i.e. Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Data Systems).* Experience in tenders and winning supply contracts with National customers.* Proven ability and experience with data analysis and reporting.* Proven track record in achieving business goals and targets.You have +5 years experience as a National Account Manager (or a KAM or DSM with experience managing smaller groups) responsible for National QSR & Foodservice customers and/or National Foodservice groups and are looking for a new role with a growing company. Your background will be able to demonstrate success working with major national accounts and you will be able to travel regularly.
