Senior Change Manager, Digital PropositionsDepartment: Transformation Management OfficeDivision: Australia CommercialLocation: MelbourneAbout UsAt ANZ, we're shaping a world where people and communities thrive, driven by a common goal: to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our millions of customers.About the RoleThrough the Australia Commercial Strategy, we're heavily investing in intuitive, fast and appealing digital experiences to enable Commercial customers to quickly and easily access the products, systems, services and insights they need to start, run and grow their businesses.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the change management strategy and change delivery plan for Australia Commercial digital propositions.This role is part of the change management team within the Australia Commercial Strategy & Transformation team and reports to the Change Transformation Lead.As the change manager for digital propositions, you will also be part of the Digital Propositions team within Australia Commercial Digital and Customer Experience, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure change planning and delivery is tailored and effective to drive change readiness and adoption of digital propositions across Australia Commercial.Banking is changing and we're changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn and grow.Whatever your role at ANZ, you'll be building your future, while helping to build ours.Role Type: 12 month secondment/fixed termRole Location: MelbourneWork Hours: Full-time What will your day look like?With the customer at the heart of your decision making, this role will:Lead change management planning and delivery for GoBiz, ensuring frontline and operational teams are well prepared with updated processes, training, and communications to deliver the optimal experience for bankers and customers, mitigate people change risks and realise business benefits.Work with the Digital Propositions team to develop the change strategy and establish oversight of change activity for digital propositions to optimise the customer and banker experience and ensure that all change impacts, risks and dependencies are well understood, documented and addressed and effective change plans are in place.Define, deliver, and execute communications, training and engagement plans and activities, ensuring change is successfully implemented and embedded.Develop and implement innovative change management solutions, tracking and measuring outcomes and identifying opportunities for refinement.Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across Commercial to ensure change management for digital propositions is delivered seamlessly.Contribute to the development and refinement of the Australia Commercial change framework, approach, tools and templates and capability uplift within the change team.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong communication, influencing and relationship building ability.Demonstrable functional experience in the change management discipline.Experience in leading change and transformation initiatives, including undertaking change impact assessments, building and implementing change delivery plans, tracking and measuring change adoption, and ongoing embedding.Ability to prepare, engage and support people to successfully adapt to change.Strong planning and coordination skills, ability to prioritise and work under pressure.Flexible and adaptable.Able to work in ambiguous, fast paced and cross-functional team environments.Strong execution mindset and ability to deliver quality outputs within required timeframes, and make decisions autonomously.Ability to create a clear and compelling case for change, including drivers for change, impacts, benefits and outcomes.Experience or exposure to Small Business Banking including; credit policy, products and systems (e.g.Business Banker Desktop and iKnow).You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.At ANZ a growth mindset is at the heart of our culture, so if you have most of these things in your toolbox, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
