Job Title:
Education Recruitment Consultant
Location: Yorkshire
Salary: 25,500 - 30,000 basic + Excellent Commission Package
Hours: 7am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 7am-4:30pm 5 hour days during half term and holidays, 9am-2 pm or 11am-4pm
We are looking for a driven and experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join a successful and supportive team, working with schools across Yorkshire. This role involves recruiting non-classroom-based staff such as administrators, office staff, business support managers, finance officers, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support schools in recruiting high-quality non-teaching staff, including administrators, business managers, and finance officers.
2. Build strong relationships with schools across Yorkshire, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to managing interviews and job placements.
4. Proactively grow a start-up desk, requiring a resilient and entrepreneurial approach.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Previous recruitment experience is essential, ideally within the education sector or a similar field.
2. Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
3. Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a start-up desk environment.
4. A team player who enjoys working in a dynamic, family-oriented office.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload effectively.
