Client Executive | Sydney We are seeking a Client Executive to join our National Team, which specializes in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for mid-market clients. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network. The Client Executive supports the service delivery for a key portfolio of commercial clients and is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment. Joining a high-performing team, the Client Executive will work on a defined portfolio of existing clients across multiple industries with various brokers in a support capacity, while also having the opportunity to work on a smaller portfolio autonomously. What the day will look like Providing quality and proactive support to various Client Managers / Team Leads on an existing book of clients Work directly with support teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks Create fit-for-purpose solutions for clients through the execution of Aon's Go to Market strategy Build strong relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders Handling processing duties including renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currencies, invoicing as well as response to day-to-day queries from clients Manage a smaller book of own clients across various industries including education, community, manufacturing, and others. Actively contribute in monthly branch and sales meetings and be an eager learner for Aon and external training opportunities Actively support utilization of new systems and processes that support our business growth and improvement Skills and experience that will lead to success: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or within the insurance industry Strong client relationship management capabilities Ability to work in a team environment, yet also to work using their own initiative Tier 1 Qualification and basic insurance technical skills Bachelor's degree and/or relevant working experience First-class communication and presentation skills A keen entrepreneurial spirit A positive attitude and a willingness to learn Eye for detail and quality whilst working under pressure Organizational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Eagerness to grow your career in insurance How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
