About Goodstart Toowoomba Healy Street:
Our childcare centre has a capacity for 74 children daily and features five purpose-built rooms designed to enhance the children’s learning experiences. We offer an approved Kindergarten program led by two on-site Early Childhood Teachers that support the children in a school readiness program. The facility includes two expansive and elongated outdoor play areas, designed to promote physical health, imaginative play, problem solving and creativity.
We provide flexible work options for our staff, including school hours where possible and support for ongoing training and education. Our team is culturally diverse, with Educators speaking in Mandarin, Hindi, English, Arabic, Gujarati, and Auslan sign language.
The Centre Leadership Team brings over 35 years of collective experience, and our entire staff has a combined experience of nearly 80 years. Our long-term staff provide a stable and predictable environment, helping children feel secure and able to develop strong, trusting relationships.

You’ll need:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Current Queensland Working with Children Check.
