The Successful Applicant Extensive Experience in Construction Site Management: At least 7 years of experience overseeing construction projects, ideally within structural steel or similar industries.
Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, coordinate trades, and manage team dynamics effectively.
Excellent Project Management Abilities: Demonstrated experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manage quality standards, and ensure safety compliance on site.
Communication and Stakeholder Management: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with team members, stakeholders, and clients effectively.
Attention to Detail: High focus on quality control, ensuring work meets established standards and regulations.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess risks and variations, implement solutions to keep the project on track, and proactively manage challenges.
