Requirements: Experience in store management or related fields In depth knowledge of various Tyre brands, sizes and applications Minimum 1 year experience in Tyre store management Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills Advanced leadership skills and professional presentation Strong computer skills. Experience with Marlin advantageous Must be reliable, a team player and have an excellent work ethic Tasks & Responsibilities: Plan and direct the day to day operation and management of the Tyre department Monitor and control inventory, complete regular stock takes to minimize variances Manage admin and service teams to effectively meet customers' requirements, ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained Provide technical support and supervision Above award wages for the right candidate.
