As a Marketing & Communications Advisor, you will create and deliver compelling marketing campaigns and content to support key strategic marketing goals and enhance brand positioning in the market. This role involves close collaboration with various internal stakeholders to develop content that strengthens and amplifies customer engagement initiatives and marketing activities.
You will also be expected to travel regularly to agricultural areas in Western Australia to visit regional offices, attend district meetings, participate in field days, field walks, industry events, and more.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Leadership and Commercial
* Ensure safety compliance and minimise injury risks, achieving safety targets.
* Foster a high-performance, professional, and innovative team culture.
* Support the development and alignment of Marketing plans, budgets, KPIs, and policies.
* Represent our clients interests with stakeholders, including farmers, sales agents, and industry representatives.
Brand Advocacy
* Manage and develop our clients brands, including brand templates.
* Safeguard and strengthen brand equity across internal and external stakeholders.
Marketing Projects
* Plan and execute online/offline campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
* Assist in seasonal offers, promotions, and product marketing projects.
* Support segmentation, channel selection, media planning, branding, and metrics reporting.
* Develop creative briefs, coordinate customer stories, and manage production.
* Manage marketing inbox and coordinate ad hoc marketing requests.
* Update and improve Local Area Marketing Kit, events, EDMs, and advertisements.
Digital Marketing
* Update and maintain online content, ensuring alignment with offline materials.
* Implement SEO best practices and maintain an eDM schedule.
* Create social media content and optimise digital marketing processes.
Events and Conferences
* Support end-to-end event management for corporate and community events.
* Coordinate consultants' days, customer visits, field days, webinars, and promotional activities.
CRM and Marketing Automation
* Core user of OneView CRM (MS Dynamics) and marketing automation tools.
* Maintain and update customer databases for marketing communications.
* Monitor data integrity and assist in project tracking and campaign analysis.
Team Support
* Provide peer support and complete additional tasks as required.
Key Skills/Experience:
* Marketing principles: product/service marketing, campaigns, and events.
* Stakeholder engagement and project/event management.
* Content creation, storytelling, and agency management.
* CRM, lead generation, metrics, and digital marketing tools.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and MS Dynamics.
* Agriculture/agribusiness exposure (desired).
