Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Recruitment Team in Adelaide, playing a pivotal role in delivering top-tier recruitment services to Tasmea subsidiary businesses through our innovative Shared Services model.
The National Recruitment Team holds a crucial position within the broader Tasmea Recruitment function, significantly contributing to the success of our subsidiary businesses.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement operational talent acquisition strategies to build active and passive talent pools
* Collaborate with the national recruitment team and site hiring managers to source, screen, and assess candidates who match our valued team culture
* Work with the mobilisation team to ensure pre-employment compliance
* Report on recruitment statistics, live vacancies, and mobilization activities
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience in recruiting for craft trades within the mining resources sector
* In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, with experience in assessment centers highly regarded
* Proven ability to proactively source candidates, ensuring quality recruitment outcomes for both applicants and businesses
* Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
* A qualification in Human Resources is an advantage
