These applications include Client Systems, Microsoft Suite, HR, Financial, Records, and Facilities systems.The Analyst ensures that technology ranging from laptops and mobile devices to infrastructure and applications is effectively used to manage Berry Street’s operations across various programs and services. They will collaborate with business owners, application suppliers, and technical staff as part of the Enterprise Applications Team to ensure high availability, regular updates, and seamless integration of these systems.Key Responsibilities Ensuring the effective functioning and smooth operation of technology systems that support Berry Street staff across Victoria. Play a key role in maintaining security operations by ensuring compliance with Berry Street’s defined policies and controls. Perform ongoing security monitoring, identify and address vulnerabilities, and contribute to the delivery and implementation of the Cyber Security program. Work closely with the IT team, external vendors, and IT-managed service providers to continuously improve business and technical processes. You Will Have Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Demonstrated experience in providing technical application support across diverse environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, concise support and guidance via phone or email. Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands in a high paced environment. Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills, with strong attention to detail. Skilled in handling highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care and professionalism. Be willing to travel to all regional Berry Street sites as required.
