Business Development:
Purpose: Drive business growth through strategic client acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement targeted business development strategies to expand the client base.
* Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and market positioning through innovative marketing initiatives, contributing to growth and stronger customer loyalty.
* Prepare competitive proposals and oversee seamless client onboarding processes.
* Monitor lead conversion rates and client retention metrics to drive sustainable growth.
Client Relationship Management:

Role Requirements:
* Minimum 5 year experience in a similar role, ideally in asset maintenance or related industry.
* Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
* Demonstrated expertise in business development, with a proven ability to implement targeted strategies to expand and diversify client bases.
* Experienced in HR management and workforce planning, including recruitment, engagement strategies, performance management and payroll.
* Ability to implement systems and leverage technology for operational improvement.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in relevant software systems, including financial tools such as Xero and Reckon.
* Knowledge of 'Field Service and Asset Management Platforms' advantageous.
