Position Number: 0064693Location: ParkvilleRole type: Full-time; ContinuingDepartment: Student and Scholarly ServicesSalary: UOM 5 - $83,159 - $95,518 p.a (pro rata for part-time) plus 17% superProvide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and directors for seamless operations.Play an integral part in office efficiency, delivering comprehensive administrative, HR, and event support.About the RoleProvide administrative support to the Executive Director and portfolio directors to ensure senior management are well supported and the seamless delivery of support team activities.Your responsibilities will include:Provide effective day-to-day administrative support to the Student and Scholarly Services executive directorate that includes local HR and financial administration, including downloading and preparing of forms, coding, credit card reconciliation, liaison with other support services and document management.Provide support to directors by effectively managing diaries, arranging interstate and overseas travel and accommodation, as well as other general administrative tasks.Provide support for the organisation of special events (workshops, conferences and seminars) including set up/pack down, and other ad-hoc support before and during events.Provide local support for facilities and asset management including building access, preparation of spaces and information for new staff, liaison with Business Services regarding maintenance requests including the minor movement of assets and equipment, as required, throughout the office.Who we are looking forThe ideal candidate excels in collaboration, demonstrating initiative and respect within a team environment.
