The enforcement team investigates regulatory breaches and takes enforcement action, including the effective use of litigation. The primary responsibility of the investigator role is to conduct investigations and gather evidence to inform regulatory decisions with a strong focus on improving outcomes for consumers. The role requires strong writing, policy and problem-solving capabilities with an outcomes and delivery focused approach. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills in order to liaise with other members of the Energy team and our external retail energy businesses, consumer groups and industry groups.
