**Associate Nurse Unit Manager - High Dependency Unit**
SA Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager to lead our High Dependency Unit at Whyalla Hospital.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care, mentoring and guiding less experienced staff, and contributing to the smooth running of the ward/unit/service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with other Associate Nurse/Midwife Unit Managers and the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager to implement and maintain best practices.
* Supporting the management and leadership of the team by assisting with performance management, recruitment, staffing, leave and attendance, and rostering.
* Playing an integral role in planning and monitoring financial and supplies needs, ensuring efficient operation across the unit.
About You:
* Must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
* Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years post-registration experience or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.
* Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
* Experience in the supervision of student nurses, enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nurses.
