Role Details
The Procurement and Systems Support Officer is a role within Procurement and Quality Assurance and is accountable for:
1. Providing support to business units in conducting a range of procurement and/or grants processes;
2. Managing low to medium risk procurement and/or grant funding processes in accordance with relevant policies and procedures;
3. Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of procurement and grant related systems;
4. Analyzing financial information and providing recommendations to enable decision making.
About the Business
Our Procurement and Quality Assurance team supports all areas of DHS to manage the procurement of goods and services and provision of grant funding as well as managing the department's quality assurance standard.

Screening Checks
If you are new to the department and are invited to an interview, you will be required to produce a National Police Check, which has been issued within six months of your application for the role. National Police Checks can be applied for via the South Australia Police or through an Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission accredited body. If the role you are applying for also requires an Employment-related Screening Check, you will be required to undergo such assessment as is advised by DHS, including periodic assessment during your employment.
