Summary: We currently have an opportunity for Senior Occupational Therapists to expand our services in the beautiful Sunshine Coast, QLD. The successful candidates will be responsible for helping clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through the use of therapeutic activities and exercises. Responsibilities: Work alongside management to develop and grow the Sunshine Coast Allied Health branch. Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop treatment plans Work with clients to develop goals and objectives for therapy Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to help clients achieve their goals Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate clients and their families on how to use adaptive equipment and techniques to improve daily living skills Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' progress and treatment plans Qualifications/Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or higher Current AHPRA registration Adult and Paediatric expertise highly desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong team values To learn more about us please visit https://www.nchhs.org.au/.
