About the Role
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships? Join our team as a Business Development Officer at BOQ Group. In this role, you will assist Business Development Managers (BDMs) with administrative functions to support brokers while delivering a high level of customer service to ME accredited brokers and aggregators. You will be responsible for resolving issues, answering broker-initiated inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your expertise in ME products, Credit Policy, Post Origination, and Post Settlement processes will be crucial in driving sales results and converting home loans.
