What we offer: Progressive and innovative global company experiencing high growth Career Development and Global Opportunities Competitive salary, salary packaging and novated leasing available Corporate discounts on car rentals and IT products/accessories Paid Parental Leave + super: 12 weeks for primary carer/2 weeks secondary Purchase Leave Employee Referral Programme Tasks and Qualifications: This is a project-based role with the following key responsibilities: Lead the mechanical design team on assigned projects, including coordinating and allocating tasks Attending sales and project review meetings Develop system designs and layouts Manage design schedule, budget and work orders Liaise with Project Managers, architects, builders, consultants and purchasing team Check and approve drawings, calculations and technical documentation Develop mechanical installation work packages and inspection and test plans Provide technical support and advice to other areas of the business and junior employees Assist with system commissioning and testing The candidate will be responsible for managing the mechanical design and delivery aspects of large and complex integrated systems. This will include managing resources at a project team level, controlling relevant budgets, adhering to the overall project schedule, working with other teams in a cross-functional design aspect, and reporting progress to the Mechanical Design Manager.
