Proactively improving the work environment to reduce health, safety and environmental risks; Supporting your team to improve safety culture through the continued implementation of the Safety Maturity Model and RTSPS Implementing and sustaining process safety standards for critical risks; Driving operational and technical excellence by mentoring and identifying development opportunities for team members; Ensuring team objectives / work schedules are maintained in line with production expectations;
