The Sports Partnerships Manager will be responsible for helping devise, lead and deliver all sports partnerships for the TAB Account.
No day will be the same, from developing integration ideas, leading partnership strategy, attending shoots and reporting, it is a fast paced and exciting role.
We are after someone with impeccable project management skills with a love for sport and creativity.
What you'll do: Drive strategic and creative responses that deliver on the clients brief and campaign objectivesEnsure all projects and campaigns are run with our consistent account management proceduresManagement of day to day client activity and liaisonDevelop strong relationships with key stakeholders across your client base to become the trusted advisorDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with the business planning teams and wider trading team across your client portfolioDevelop strong relationships with key media partners to ensure awareness of latest offerings, updates and new opportunitiesDevelop and foster strong relationships with sports partnersAssist in ideation and development of all long form content and identify opportunities to ensure that this content is supported across TV, Digital and SocialFocus on campaign measurement and reportingWhat you'll need: Experience and understanding of sponsorship assets, broadcast, digital & socialExperience with media planning and market disciplines to allow a holistic view of campaign responsesHigh level of emotional intelligence Collaborative team playerActive and engaged personality that possesses a growth mindsetForward thinking and solutions focusedHighly organised with strong attention to detailExperience managing large scale media sponsorships and partnershipsKeen interest in Sports and an understanding of media landscape and rights holders would be advantageousCreative and curious thinkerWhat's in it for you?
