Group Operations and Risk Manager at Provectus Care | Next Gen Ambassador at ACCPAVictoria By The Park sets a benchmark in residential aged care. We are a small aged care facility overlooking the beautiful Hopetoun Gardens in Elsternwick, Melbourne.
We are seeking an experienced and confident Facility Manager who will work closely with the Group Operations and Risk Manager and Clinical Quality and Compliance Manager and have the ability to lead and mentor a strong and dynamic team of clinical and non-clinical staff.
Working with a stable team, it will be imperative to provide strong leadership management and mentoring, creating a high-performance culture with a resident centred care approach, whilst maintaining operational excellence.
Key Selection CriteriaAHPRA Registered Nurse with significant aged care management experience (preferred but not mandatory)Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processesStrategic leadership and communication skillsProven experience in human resources and financial managementStrong understanding of continuous improvement, OHS and risk managementDemonstrate inspirational people leadership and shape a positive and engaging cultureHigh degree of business acumenGood computer literacy including experience with computer based care management systemsFamiliar with AN-ACC requirementsAbout The RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to provide high-quality care to residents. As Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Victoria By The Park, providing support and direction to all staff, and ensuring a high level of care is maintained for all residents. Your role will involve managing and leading the team, maintaining a collaborative company culture, and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
