As a motivated and organised Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in helping us deliver on our tagline – Experience Excellence – while supporting the sales team, customers, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include: Vendor Engagement: Be the go-to contact between the sales team and vendors, keeping everything running smoothly Administrative Support: Assist with essential tasks like documentation, data entry, and report prep. Quote Sourcing: Gather competitive quotes to ensure our projects are spot-on. Inbox Management: Keep the sales team’s inbox organised and ensure quick responses to inquiries. Tender Management: Help prepare and manage tender documents as part of a tender team. Sales Processing: Assist your team with national and international sales processing. Visual Documentation: Support the creation of visual documentation, such as presentations, diagrams, and sales-related materials. Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems is key. An interest in tech?
