About The RoleIn this role you will provide administrative support to our HSEQ team in our Utilities Division.Your Key Areas Of Responsibilities Will Include Organising training through identified position elements in the TNA. Notifying key stakeholders of the the training dates and costs. Enter training data into the Rapid Global system for record keeping. Liaising with training organisations for quotes and available dates. Maintaining compliance documentation for the project in the Rapid Global system. Maintaining authorisation of training and notification to the HSEQ Manager. Interfacing with key stakeholders both Project and Corporate on training matters as required. Issuing inductions through Rapid Global. Maintaining reporting on upcoming or expired vehicle licences. About YouOur ideal candidate will have: Experience in administration support with a HSEQ team would be highly desirable. Qualifications in WHS or Business Administration would be highly desirable. Advanced competency in Microsoft office suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a high level of organisational skills. Ability to integrate with multiple teams across the business and work in a dynamic environment.
