About the Role
The Program Manager position provides an exciting opportunity to coordinate, manage and oversee the operational day-to-day running of a suite of services from our Gosnells branch. This full-time role is accountable for the overall performance, reputation, and development of Centrecare's activities and workforce for the office.
Key Responsibilities
* A role model for both staff and clients in alignment and compliance with Centrecare's policies, systems, processes, and procedures.
* Ensure all staff are operating within Centrecare's Therapeutic Framework.
* Provide management supervision and support to staff, including performance reviews.
* Conduct regular audits of service standards and ensure the integrity of systems, processes, and procedures across operations.
* Ensure integration of services and resources.
* Provide regular updates and reports to Executive Manager on service delivery, outcomes and where necessary early warning of any potential issues.
* Contribute to the Agency leadership and management team as requested.
Requirements
* A tertiary qualification in Criminology, Psychology, Social Work, Social Sciences, Counselling, Community Development and/or related disciplines.
* A commitment to lead within Centrecare's Purpose, Values, Therapeutic Framework and develop the agency ethos.
* The ability to demonstrate senior management experience in providing oversight of culturally appropriate, strength-based approaches to clinical services for children, young people and families.
* The ability to lead a team of professionals with innovative and flexible techniques to work collaboratively and motivate staff as well as manage conflict and work well under pressure.
* The ability to analyse and present program data as well as write tenders and reports.
* Proven Senior Management experience in the Community Services sector, including Government and not-for-profit organisations.
* Comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge of counselling approaches and theoretical frameworks applicable to office based and outreach service delivery.
